Preparation Steps

Start by cleaning the chicken pieces and setting them aside. In a large pot, melt the niter kibbeh over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and cook until they are soft and golden, about 15 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking for another 2 minutes.
