Ingredients Needed

  • 4 large bell peppers (red, yellow, or green)
  • 500g minced lamb
  • 1 cup long-grain rice

Preparation Steps

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F). Prepare the peppers by cutting off the tops and removing the seeds and membranes. Lightly brush them with olive oil and set aside.
