Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)

  • Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley, optional)

Preparation Steps

Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, lemon zest, and minced garlic. Place each breast in a separate vacuum-sealable bag, add a slice of lemon and a sprig of herbs if desired. Seal the bags tightly.
