Ingredients

  • For the Hot Chocolate:
    • 2 cups of whole milk
    • 1/2 cup of Peruvian chocolate tablets or high-quality dark chocolate (preferably with cinnamon)
    • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    • 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional)
  • For the Churros:
    • 1 cup of water
    • 2 tablespoons of sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
    • Oil for frying
    • Cinnamon sugar for coating

Preparation Steps

Making the Hot Chocolate
